Week Six

Now that your baby has a lot of practice eating, our suggested recipes get slightly chunkier, but still soft. We’ll also work in more flavor with spices, tart, and tangy foods.

Berries (one serving)

4 oz of strawberries / blueberries / raspberries  

Remove any stems or leaves. Dice berries. Mash or puree in a blender until the berries are like a runny jam. Fold in 1 packet/ 2 scoops of Lil Mixins for each serving. 

Cauliflower Mash (makes 3 servings)

1 medium size cauliflower, riced

The easiest way to rice cauliflower is to grate it. In a small saucepot, just cover the cauliflower with water. Cook until a piece of rice easily presses between your fingers, about 3 minutes. Drain well. Fold in 1 packet/ 2 scoops of Lil Mixins for each serving. 

Cauliflower is a great food to add a bit of flavor to such as cumin or paprika.
